We are looking for an AI and Automation Developer to work on creating intelligent solutions and advanced automations integrated into our ecosystem of systems and data. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving AI agents, integrations, and automations, using different technologies such as Python, APIs, automation tools, and data platforms, always choosing the best approach for each problem. Your mission will be to structure and scale solutions that increase operational efficiency and enhance the company's growth through AI and automation.

Responsibilities

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop automation solutions and integrations between internal and external systems;
• Design and implement AI-based agents and applications (LLMs, AI APIs, embeddings, etc.);
• Build integrations with tools like HubSpot, ERPs, databases, and other platforms via API;
• Develop automations using Python, automation tools (like n8n), or other suitable technologies;
• Design scalable, secure, and well-structured solutions;
• Monitor, debug, and optimize existing automations and integrations;
• Structure good practices for versioning, logs, observability, and technical documentation;
• Support internal areas in adopting and evolving the developed solutions.

You will add a lot to our team if you have:

• Experience with developing automations and system integrations;
• Experience with Python or another language focused on automation and integration;
• Experience with integrations via REST API (authentication, webhooks, JSON);
• Experience with CRM integration (preferably HubSpot);
• Experience with integration or development of AI-based solutions (OpenAI, LLMs, agents, etc.);
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL / Supabase);
• Ability to structure scalable and well-organized solutions;
• Good communication for interaction with business areas.

You will stand out if you have:

• Experience with automation tools like n8n or similar;
• Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL;
• Knowledge in AI agent architecture;
• Experience with embeddings, RAG, or AI pipelines;
• Knowledge in Docker;
• Experience with versioning (Git);
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS).
