About The Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems, automation, and intelligence that power HyperOrbit's go-to-market engine.
You'll work at the intersection of engineering, sales, marketing, data, and AI—building the infrastructure that helps us identify the right customers, understand them deeply, engage them with relevance, and convert interest into revenue.
This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. You'll use code, AI agents, APIs, automation, and data to design and scale repeatable GTM systems.
This role is critical to our mission of building an AI-native company—not just in the product we sell, but in how we acquire, engage, and serve customers.

- Create scalable systems that turn manual GTM processes into automated workflows
AI-Powered Prospecting
- Build AI agents that research accounts, identify prospects, and surface buying signals
- Develop automated account intelligence workflows
- Create systems for lead scoring, prioritization, and qualification
- Build AI-powered personalization engines for outbound campaigns
- Develop workflows that continuously enrich and update prospect data
Outbound & Revenue Automation
- Build systems supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Automate prospect research, list building, enrichment, and personalization
- Create intelligent workflows for follow-ups and next-best actions
- Build trigger-based campaigns based on company news, hiring, funding, product activity, and other signals
- Develop systems that help sales teams prioritize the highest-value opportunities
GTM Data & Intelligence
- Build unified data models across prospects, accounts, contacts, campaigns, and opportunities
- Create dashboards tracking pipeline, conversion, and GTM performance
- Build data pipelines connecting CRM, product, and marketing data
- Develop account scoring and segmentation models
- Identify patterns and insights that improve targeting and conversion
GTM Experiments
- Rapidly prototype and test new acquisition and pipeline-generation ideas
- Build infrastructure for measuring GTM experiments
- Run experiments across ICPs, messaging, channels, and workflows
- Analyze results and turn successful experiments into repeatable systems
- Continuously identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel
